Villain: Marrying the Comatose Female Lead, Crazy Stickiness

Chapter 380: Su Qingge’s Overbearing Talent

Magic City.

In a dim basement, a blood-soaked massacre was taking place in secret.

“Who are you? Why did you capture us and bring us here?”

“Please let us go! We clearly didn’t offend you. Y-you…. what do you want? Don’t come over!!!!”

“Help! No, help!!! Aaaaaah—”

“……….”

Two and a half minutes later, the shrill screaming abruptly stopped, and the entire space returned to deathly silence.

Kacha! Kacha!

As someone pushed open the basement door.

Inside the room, it had already become a terrifying scene like hell’s asura………

On the ceiling.

A few small lightbulbs hung high up, giving off an eerie, ghostly red glow, mottled and spilling across the icy floor.

In that dead silence, more than a dozen dried corpses with horrific deaths lay scattered in every corner.

From the outside, the bodies’ skin had lost all moisture, like deadwood baked under a blazing sun for days, taking on a dreadful gray-brown color.

Skin clung tightly to bone, with not a trace of excess fat, every last bit of life essence seemed to have been sucked dry.

Their eyes were deeply sunken, leaving only two dark hollows in the sockets, as if time itself had mercilessly gouged them out.

Their lips had shriveled, exposing their teeth, making them look unnaturally sharp.

At the same time, every dried corpse’s face still held boundless terror, as though they had encountered something unimaginably horrifying right before death.

Under that ghostly red light, the dried corpses gave off a nauseating stench of rot, the lingering bacteria within them breaking down the last remnants of flesh………

Soon, an old woman and a young woman walked out of the room.

The one in front was an incomparably beautiful woman with an expression as cold as stone.

Her figure was graceful, her looks fairy-like, her temperament icy and aloof, like a celestial maiden standing high above the clouds, gazing down upon the mortal world without the slightest emotion.

She wore a red dress, crimson as blood, yet carrying a uniquely seductive brilliance.

That red dress seemed to come alive on her body, swaying lightly with her movements, like a blazing flame in full bloom.

Her skin was pale as snow, stark against the red, further highlighting her lonely, desolate chill.

Her eyes were deep as a pool, as if they could see through every illusion in the world.

In those beautiful eyes there was no warmth, no ripple, only piercing coldness and resolve.

Her beauty was the kind that stole breath, like nature’s most godlike masterpiece, making people not dare to look directly, yet unable to resist being drawn in.

Behind her stood an elderly woman with white hair, respectful to the extreme.

At this moment, the old woman frowned slightly, wanting to speak yet hesitating.

“Granny Rong, where is my master? Why haven’t I seen her since yesterday?”

“Reporting to the Young Mistress! The day after tomorrow there’s an officially hosted ‘Jianghu Life-and-Death Arena.’ The Guild Master said there’s a grudge she must settle with her own hands.”

“Oh, I remember now. Master told me in advance……..”

The woman nodded, not particularly worried.

After all, with her master’s strength, she could walk sideways in Magic City.

At this moment, the woman noticed the old woman beside her seemed to be hiding something on her mind, so she told her to speak plainly.

“Young Mistress, there is something I do not understand……..”

“Now that you’ve awakened, why haven’t you separated from that live-in husband??”

“Your future is destined to be extraordinary! A common man like that isn’t even worthy of one of your fingers…. I-I deserve death! I never should have questioned the Young Mistress’s decision! Please forgive me, Young Mistress!”

“…………”

Halfway through speaking, Granny Rong’s heart jolted in fear. Her hair stood on end. She hurriedly knelt and kowtowed, terrified, not even daring to breathe to loudly.

All of it was because of that icy gaze the woman cast at her.

“Y-Young Mistress… I was momentarily confused. Please forgive me!”

“I don’t want there to be a next time. Don’t let me hear you disrespect him again……..”

For the sake of Granny Rong’s usual loyalty, the woman ultimately didn’t pursue it further, only issuing a cold warning.

“Thank you for your mercy, Young Mistress, thank you, Young Mistress…….”

Granny Rong was pardoned as if granted amnesty, kowtowing frantically in gratitude.

“That’s enough. Get up.”

“As for the reason you want to know, there are two.”

“First, the reason I could awaken from a vegetative state, his merit is indispensable. I can’t do something like killing the donkey after it’s done grinding.”

“Second……..”

When she reached the second reason, the woman paused. The hostility in her eyes suddenly faded, replaced by a hint of softness.

Everything that had happened recently replayed in her mind like a lantern show, leaving her dazed.

That period when her soul had been bound in endless darkness, even now, recalling it could still awaken the terror lingering in her consciousness.

She still remembered: no matter how frantically she struggled in her heart, how she broke down and screamed, she could only remain bound to that hospital bed, unable to move even an inch.

Little by little…… she despaired…… she became numb and resigned herself…….

Countless times she longed to die sooner, so she wouldn’t have to keep struggling in hell………

‘Anyone is fine.’

‘Please kill me.’

Just as she had grown numb beyond feeling, calling for death who knew how many times, believing she would sink into boundless darkness forever……..the man who would redeem her entire life appeared……..

Even now, she could still recall the first words he spoke the first time they met, and the warmth and pounding heartbeat when he clasped both hands together and wrapped her little hand inside his palm.

“Qingge, I came to see you.”

“Oh right, you still don’t know who I am, do you? My name is Lin Xuan, your future husband.”

That blazing heat in his palm, that gentle call, awakened the numb her of that time, gave her the hope to live, and opened a new chapter of her life……..

Massaging her, singing, telling stories, taking her to an amusement park, feeding her, carrying her bridal-style, a first kiss……..

Countless firsts she had never experienced, she experienced them all with that man, brief yet blissful.

Recalling everything from the past, that vegetative-state time that once terrified her, thinking about it now, actually carried a different kind of sweetness……..

……………………

What’s going on?

Why did the Young Mistress suddenly fall silent?

Please continue speaking?!

This old woman really wants to know what kind of magic that man has, to make the Young Mistress protect him like this?!

On the floor, Granny Rong still kept her posture of kneeling and prostrating.

At this moment, her narrow squinty eyes were filled with huge confusion.

But after her earlier lesson, she didn’t dare ask anything, didn’t dare say anything……..

Only the confusion in her heart grew instead of shrinking.

She still remembered that back when the Young Mistress had not yet become a vegetable, the killing aura on her body, that cold-blooded, emotionless posture.

No matter how rebellious the members in the organization were, when facing the Young Mistress, they would unconsciously lower their posture, fear rising in their hearts.

But now that the Young Mistress had returned to the organization, although her authority remained, the feeling she gave people seemed not as before… as if she no longer treated life like grass. She had become a bit more ‘human.’

Even the selection of those ‘offerings’ now had strict requirements, only allowing them to hunt those guilty ‘evildoers.’

When that order was issued, most members were dumbfounded and outright refused to accept it.

A dignified assassin organization, and they couldn’t kill indiscriminately—only allowed to strike specific ‘criminals.’

How the hell was this still an evil organization?!

To someone who didn’t know, they’d think these assassins were righteous heroes, dispensing justice on behalf of heaven???

Inside the organization, opposition and questioning inevitably arose,  even the Guild Master hesitated for a moment.

Until the Young Mistress used only one short week to rise from beginner internal energy to great completion, this rocket-like terrifying advancement speed shocked everyone in the organization.

Only then did they truly understand why the Guild Master had, back then, pushed aside all objections to take in a ‘commoner’ as a personal disciple, and even announced her as the organization’s successor.

So, it turned out……..

The Guild Master had far-reaching vision and had long seen that the Young Mistress was a once-in-a-century martial arts prodigy, possessing incomparable cultivation talent.

At the Young Mistress’s speed, it was impossible to imagine how far she could grow in the future?!

Martial Grandmaster? Only a matter of time………

Even higher realms seemed not impossible either?! (owo?)!

From that point on, the voices of doubt within the organization grew fewer and fewer, until they completely disappeared.

People were no longer respectful only because of the Guild Master’s intimidation.

They truly admired and revered the Young Mistress from the bottom of their hearts, looking forward to her leading the organization bigger and stronger, creating new glory………

………………..

Just then, a clear, cold voice sounded by her ear, interrupting Granny Rong’s thoughts.

“Get up.”

“Thank you for your mercy, Young Mistress.”

The old woman wept with gratitude. After standing, she quietly remained at the side, waiting for new orders.

“It’s late. I’m going back.”

“As usual, you clean up those bodies properly.”

“Bring the next batch of ‘evildoers’ as soon as possible, I’ve already faintly touched the opportunity to break through.”

“…………”

Glancing at the bodies on the ground, those corpses whose blood essence she had drained, Su Qingge’s face was expressionless. Her words carried not the slightest emotion. Every word was like a cold blade, precise and sharp.

From the moment her master brought her into this organization, she had already prepared herself to have hands drenched in blood, to go to hell someday.

In order to obtain powerful strength as quickly as possible and avenge her family, the hatred-filled her back then…….

She didn’t care whether what she cultivated was evil arts or demonic arts, so long as she could become stronger.

She didn’t care whether the organization was good or bad, so long as it could become the blade in her hand.

She didn’t care whether the people she killed were good or evil, so long as they could become ‘nutrients’ for her power.

…………

To reach her goal, the her of that time didn’t care about anything……….

Until, because of her aunt Su Yan, she became a vegetable by sheer accident, and then met that man………

Now, she couldn’t stop anymore, she could only keep becoming stronger.

Otherwise, she and the people close to her would be killed by her master……..

…………

Bzz bzz bzz—

Suddenly, in the silent basement, a faint phone vibration sounded, cutting off Su Qingge’s thoughts.

At a time like this, who would be messaging me?

She frowned slightly. A trace of doubt flashed in her eyes as she reached into her pocket and took out her Huawei phone.

Then her gaze quickly focused on the glowing screen.

[Wifey~~~ are you done yet?

[I got two Jay Chou concert tickets. Come with me to see it!]

[No refusing, okay?! (?w?) Be good~~~ Husband loves you (づ ̄3 ̄)づ╭❤~]

…………

Behind Su Qingge, Granny Rong accidentally caught sight of the text.

In an instant, she felt as if struck by five thunderbolts, stunned into gaping disbelief, sucking in cold air repeatedly.

Hiss hiss hiss~~~

Crazy! This is crazy!!!

Who on earth sent such a crazy text?! Is he looking for death?!

Not only daring to speak to the Young Mistress in such a disgusting tone, but even taking the initiative to call her ‘wifey,’ and calling himself ‘husband’?!

In the entire organization, who didn’t know the Young Mistress suffered from severe misandry?!

Not long ago, there was a member with quite the background—priding himself on decent talent, believing he might become a martial grandmaster one day.

The first time he saw the Young Mistress he was stunned by her beauty, and arrogantly tried to pursue her, only to be turned into an “offering” on the spot, drained into a human husk and absorbed as part of the Young Mistress’s strength.

From then on, no one dared harbor improper thoughts. They feared the Young Mistress like a viper.

Now, some short-lived bastard who clearly thinks his life is too long actually dares to openly ‘flirt’ with the Young Mistress???

Isn’t this like an old man-eating arsenic, tired of living?!

Just as Granny Rong was about to volunteer herself and propose that she go out and kill that ‘little bastard” who sent the message……..

o(⊙▽⊙”a。

Granny Rong discovered in shock that the Young Mistress didn’t darken her face the way she expected.

Instead, an absolutely beautiful smile appeared on her face.

    Fallen

Well thats a shock….I forgot Qingge was apart of a murim sect…but….I never thought it was a pure assassination sect, and a lawless one at that…. thats insane…. I wonder if this was described in the og novel Lin Xuan read.. he has to know right….

Aside from that… she has grandmaster talent just like her brother huh….. well blood is blood i suppose… they even have the pension for committing unspeakable crimes unto innocent people due to an emotional outbreak… hehe…. well blood is blood I suppose…. nothing to be done about that, there’s no way she was gonna be completely innocent… still the life/blood essence stealing to cultivate through murder shocked me…. I really wasn’t expecting it…. I hope she doesnt end up fighting her brother’s sect…

There might be a chance her sect attacks Lin Xuan due to their nature….I’m honestly kinda hyped to see him use his powers to mind break them lmfaoooo

Well… let’s hope everything goes well!

    Good Luck Lin Xuan!
